Gile Hill:

Hanover, NH (2008). Hanover's newest, greenest community is now open. Enjoy loft-style, energy efficient and healthy living in a natural setting located just over a mile from downtown Hanover, and abuts the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center campus. When complete, the 22-acre Gile Hill will include 59 condominiums, with a mix of flats and townhouses at a wide range of prices.

 Lebanon, NH (2009): Quarry Hill Townhouse Condominiums offer the best of North Country living and an exciting new Upper Valley community.

Nature Walk Condominiums:

Lebanon, New Hampshire (2007).   Currently under construction. Expected move in date - October 2007. Located in the heart of the Upper Valley. Nature Walk Condominiums (34 two-bedroom units) offer convenient location to Alice Peck Day Hospital, Dartmouth Medical Center, Dartmouth College and all the Upper Valley amenities. 

The Village at Velvet Rocks:

Hanover, New Hampshire (2002).   An exceptional community of 20 single family detached hoxmes located between Dartmouth College and the Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center.

The Falls at Rivers Edge:

North Main Street, West Lebanon, New Hampshire (2000).   A community consisting of 53 single family detached homes. Approximately 35 acres of permanent open space, walking trails, swimming pool. Close to Dartmouth College and the DHMC.

Ivy Pointe:

Route 10, Hanover, New Hampshire (1998).   An exceptional residential community consisting of 7 semi-custom, executive homes abutting Dartmouth College.  Beautifully landscaped, master suites and soaring ceilings. Within walking distance of downtown Hanover.

Sterling Springs:

Sterling Springs Drive, Wilder, Vermont (1995-1999). A community consisting of 72 homes - a mix of 19 attached and 52 detached homes. Amenities include pool & walking/jogging trails. Minutes from I91 - close to Darmouth College and DHMC.

Hemlock Ridge:

Route 5, Wilder, Vermont (1988-1996). A community consisting of 131 homes on 126 acres in close proximity to DHMC and Dartmouth College.  A mix of 63 townhouses, 48 single family detached homes. Amenities include: tennis courts, pool, pond and 90 acres of open space.

Woodhaven:

Christian Street, Wilder, Vermont (1984-1987).   A community consisting of 116 townhouses close to DHMC and Dartmouth College. Amenities include: pool, tennis courts, walking/hiking trails.

The Village Green Condominiums:

West Lebanon, NH (1975) Entrance from Pleasant Street and Floyd Avenue. The Village Green was strategically designed to blend into the wooded environment of Old West Lebanon. 16 Quads, a total of 64 units, were created to combine the maximum privacy within the community. Amenities include Fireplace/Woodstove & Deck. 10 minutes to Dartmouth College/DHMC

Lakeview Condominiums:

Route 4A, Enfield, NH (1985-1987) - this 131 unit, lakefront complex consisting of 2 and 3 level townhouses is located on Route 4A. Amenities include Private Beach, Tennis Court, Pool. Easy access to "Rails to Trials", Hiking. 10 miles to DHMC.

College Hill Condominiums:

Gibson to College Hill, Hanover, NH (1985). This 33 unit complex consisting of 3and 4 level townhouses is conveniently located off Greensboro Road within walking distance to DHMC and Dartmouth College. Amenities include: Covered Parking, Fireplace/Woodstove, Decks and Storage Units.

The Courtyard Condominiums:

Verona Ave, Hanover, NH (1984). This 24 unit complex consists of 1-3 story townhouses in one of the best locations in town. Walking distance to the College campus and downtown Hanover. Amenities include: 1 car garage, heated storage, fireplace, deck/patio.

Brook Hollow Condominiums:

Verona Ave, Hanover, NH (1974). This 74 unit complex consists of 1 and 2 story units within walking distance to Downtown Hanover. Amenities include Pool/Clubhouse, fireplace, decks… No covered parking.

Wheelock Woods:

Fairview Ave, Hanover, NH (1986). This 8 unit complex is one of the best locations in Hanover. FABULOUS IN-TOWN CONDO.
